We are a professional and friendly dog grooming service based in Farnham on the Dorset/ Wiltshire border.
Our bespoke designed salon is a relaxed and peaceful environment for a positive grooming experience based on the Rushmore estate in the Cranborne Chase area of outstanding natural beauty.
Whether you need the full works, nail trimming or are looking to get your puppy used to being groomed with a positive experience, Wag In Style offers a range of professional dog grooming services.
Our Services
Full Groom
Ideal for breeds looking to be cut and styled. Includes:
Pre groom health check, Double shampoo and conditioner, Blow dry, Nail trim, Ear clean and clipping and styling to the clients wishes.
Deshedding Groom
Ideal for smooth or double coated dogs.
Includes:
Pre groom health check, Pre bath blow dry (double coated breeds), Double deshed shampoo and conditioner, Blast dry to remove loose hair, Blow dry to finish drying, Nail trim, Ear clean, De-shedding brush out and Coat trimming as required (long haired)
Mini Groom
Ideal for in-between full grooms to keep your dogs coat in top condition.
Includes:
Pre groom health check, Double shampoo & conditioner, Blow dry, Nail trim, Ear clean, Hygeiene trim and feet and sround eye trim.
Bath and Blowdry
Ideal for all breeds of dog.
Includes:
Double shampoo, conditioner and Blow dry.
Handstripping
The process of removing hair by hand for wire-haired breeds (e.g Border terriers, Fox terriers) and also silky haired breeds (e.g Cocker spaniels).
This process is done entirely by hand without the use of clippers or scissors.
Nail Clipping
Ideal for all breeds of dogs.
Includes:
Toe nails and dew claws.
Puppy Package
The Puppy Package has been designed to introduce your dog into the grooming routine within a gradual, kind and positive way. The package consists of 3 sessions for short coated breeds or 4 sessions for long coated breeds spread over 10-12 weeks. Suitable for puppies from 12 weeks - 6 months of age.
**(All vaccinations must be completed prior to the first session)**
Session 1:

Treats and cuddles for a positive first meet.

Grooming environment familiarisation.

Brush and comb out.

Nail trim.

Discussion with owners about grooming style and schedule.

Optional brushing lesson for at home maintenance to include recommendations on grooming tools and brushes for home use.
Session 2:

Familiarisation of equipment and salon.

Nail and pad trim.

Ear clean.

Brush and comb out.

Introduction to the clippers. (vibrations and sounds).

Play time, treats and cuddles for positive reinforcement.
Session 3:

Everything as in session 2.

Bath (Double shampoo and conditioner)

Introduction to the dryer (Blow dry)

Feet tidy with scissors.

Face tidy with scissors.
